Mr. Ng has 20 years of experience and closed over $10B in infrastructure financing across structured finance, P3, and
conventional/renewable power projects. He is experienced as a developer and equity provider for infrastructure assets having
assisted and developing power projects across North America. Mr. Ng has worked on 150+ power, renewable, and P3 deals
from a private equity background. Mr. Ng assisted with starting up Fengate Asset Management from inception to $1 billion AUM.
Mr. Ng has many years of experience as an equity investor and advisor on complicated SPV transactions.
Additionally, Mr. Ng has expertise in project development, where he previously developed a natural gas power plant in Alberta
and assisted in getting approvals from the AUC for a large solar project. Mr. Ng has significant experience structuring Indigenous
deals with the AIOC, working with Indigenous Communities, and closing complex federal / provincial government transactions.
Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Management & Accounting from the University of
Toronto and is a CFA Charter holder.
